About us
Yisyntek is a software company based in Taichung, Taiwan. We run several independent products in parallel, rather than betting everything on a single one.
What we do
Our products span social, living and reading. They look different on the surface, but they share one goal: taking an interaction that used to be painful and hard to trust, and making it simple and trustworthy.
Meeting new people works that way. So does finding a home, or deciding what to read next. The common problem in these situations isn’t a lack of features — it’s information asymmetry, and the question “why should I trust this?”
Why several products
Running multiple products with a small team has a cost, and we know it. But at an early stage, instead of guessing which direction will work, we prefer to let several directions face real users — then concentrate resources on the one that is genuinely needed.
Each product has its own brand, its own pace, and its own complete set of terms and privacy policies. What they share is our standard for quality and responsibility — not a copy-pasted boilerplate.
How we treat user data
Our products handle sensitive information — who you’d like to meet, your housing budget, your reading preferences. Our principle is simple:collect only what the product genuinely needs to work, explain clearly what it is used for, and let you access, correct and delete it at any time.
Questions like “how fast are reports handled” and “how do I delete my account” are designed as product features — not legal documents patched in before launch.
Our policies are published in Traditional Chinese at thelegal center. The Chinese versions are the governing versions.
